Rates:

• France and European Union: standard delivery €2.90 on orders under €100, free on orders of €100 or more; priority processing: €4.90 on orders under €100, €2.90 on orders of €100 or more.
• United Kingdom: standard delivery £3.95 on orders under £90, free on orders of £90 or more; priority processing: £4.95 on orders under £90, £2.95 on orders of £90 or more.
• United States: standard shipping $6 on orders under $120, free on orders of $120 or more; priority processing: $10.
• Other countries: standard international delivery €3.90 on orders under €100, free on orders of €100 or more; priority processing: €4.90.

With priority processing, shipping and transit times are the same as with standard delivery.

The exact price of each option, converted into your currency where applicable, is displayed at checkout, before payment.

Shipping: most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 business hours. Some orders are shipped from France, the rest from our warehouses abroad; in all cases, a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (including processing, shipping and transit):

• France & Europe: 7 to 12 business days, often faster for orders shipped from France.
• French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM): 7 to 18 business days.
• Canada & USA: 7 to 15 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7 to 17 business days.

All our packages are shipped in careful packaging that guarantees the integrity of the products.

Undelivered package: if your order is not delivered within 40 days, it is fully refunded or reshipped, at your choice.

Address error: please check your address when placing your order. In the event of an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@naked-underwear.com: if the order has not yet been shipped, we correct the address; if the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we offer you reshipment or a refund.
